The role includes inspections, basic electrical work, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs across rooms and public areas.

You will document maintenance activities, follow safety protocols, and support guest service during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance to ensure hotel meets standards.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair basic electrical fixtures and lighting.
