Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory. You’ll handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems to keep the hotel safe, comfortable and running smoothly. This hands-on role rewards problem solvers who enjoy teamwork and physical work.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and responding to equipment issues to minimize guest disruption while following safety guidelines and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred.
• Trade license (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) desirable.
• Valid driver's license required with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other hotel systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, address leaks and power issues, and handle emergencies while prioritizing guest safety.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and keep work areas organized and safe.
