Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Maintenance Engineer for Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, CO. The role covers general maintenance across guest units and common areas, with hands-on duties in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems.

Weekend, holiday, and evening availability are required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hotel maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Detail oriented and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance in guest units, buildings, and common areas.
• Repairs and installs appliances as needed with minimal supervision.
• Maintains plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems as required.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance in units and public areas.
• Responds to safety issues and completes daily assignments on time.
• Prioritizes work orders and coordinates with front desk to update status.
• Maintains property appearance including exterior/interior fixtures and landscaping.
• Assists other departments (Valet, Housekeeping) when needed.
• Performs HVAC filter changes, lubrication, and cleaned equipment.
