Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a hotel in Boulder, CO. The role involves responding to guest and hotel maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest and hotel maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Help maintain guest rooms, public spaces, kitchen, laundry, and back-of-house areas.
• Complete daily work orders and document repairs completed.
• Perform routine property walks to ensure the hotel remains safe and well maintained.
• Report unsafe conditions or repair concerns to leadership.
