Peachtree Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services across the hotel, ensuring all equipment and systems operate in top condition.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas while supporting guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Strong collaboration with other departments and adherence to standards are essential for delivering consistent, quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and maintenance services to keep hotel equipment and systems in excellent condition.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with courtesy to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Inspect and repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Assist with maintenance work orders, including ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and vinyl repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Peachtree Hospitality Management Standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and storage rooms.
• Report status of work orders and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
