You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
