Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Join Quorum Hospitality as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling maintenance requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Following established procedures, policies, and reporting emergencies or unusual situations immediately.
3. Performing preventative maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, and minor repairs in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and on equipment.
4. Conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
5. Following up immediately on safety concerns.
6. Assisting with maintenance to meet health code requirements for pools and spas.
7. Performing other duties as assigned.

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
