You'll be responsible for the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure guests' enjoyment, health, and safety. Availability

Full-time and part-time openings available.

Responsibilities

1. Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand.
2. Maintain open communication with team members and staff.
3. Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations.
4. Work with a variety of tools including hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools.
5. Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
• Proficiency in computer software; preferably facilities management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance.
