Job summary

TownePlace Suites – Kansas City / Liberty in Liberty, Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to help keep hotel facilities in excellent working order. This part-time role covers a Wednesday and Saturday shift, with starting pay $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, conduct inspections, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to address requests quickly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to train and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues.
• Work with the housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during shifts.

Position: Maintenance Attendant
Starting Salary Range: $16.00-$17.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shift: Wednesdays and Saturdays only.

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related role is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
