Raymond Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all hotel maintenance activities at a Hilton Garden Inn–Madison property. This role includes supervising repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
You will schedule tasks to minimize disruption, train staff, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to resolve issues.
Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Starting Salary Range: $20.00-$21.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days
