Raymond Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Attendant for Hampton Inn - St. Louis Downtown at the Arch in St. Louis, MO.

The role starts at $20.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. Employment is full-time with a Tuesday–Saturday 2:30pm–11:00pm shift. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, timely repairs, and collaboration with housekeeping and front desk teams to keep the property in excellent condition and a safe environment for

• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues.
• Work with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during shifts.
