HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts seeks a Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead a security team across Marriott Del Mar and DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego Del Mar. You will supervise patrols, manage incidents, and enforce policies to keep guests and staff safe.

Requirements include 2 years security or 1 year law enforcement experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to act decisively in emergencies while coordinating with hotel leadership.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience or 1 year of law enforcement experience.
• Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.

Mansioni

• Patrol lobbies, corridors, and public rooms; interview guests and employees; detect infringements and investigate disturbances.
• Patrol public areas to detect fires and unsafe conditions; monitor safety equipment.
• Warn or eject troublemakers; assist in emergencies and accident responses.
• Supervise Loss Prevention Officers and support hotel leadership during events.
