San Diego Mission Bay Resort is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee safety across a 357-room resort. You will patrol the property, respond to emergencies, and supervise a security team with a focus on OSHA compliance and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in resort/hospitality/customer service.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, investigations, and safety regulations.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, key control, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security across the resort.
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies; complete incident reports.
• Supervise the security team and maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure OSHA standards compliance and promote safe work practices.
