Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of the 357-room property. You will patrol the resort, respond to emergencies, supervise security staff, ensure OSHA compliance, and deliver a safe guest experience with 24-hour coverage.

We seek candidates with 2+ years of security experience (1–2 years in leadership), strong communication, and knowledge of CCTV, alarms and access control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and safety regulations.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall safety and security of the resort.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and respond to emergencies.
• Supervise security team and ensure high performance standards.
• Prepare incident and investigation reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure OSHA standards compliance and promote safe work practices.
