Job summary

Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will patrol the property, respond to incidents, and assist in emergencies to protect guests and preserve the hotel’s operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma and relevant security experience; you will coordinate with management, notify authorities when needed, and maintain compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or loss-prevention roles preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Patrol lobbies, corridors, and public rooms to maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to incidents, fires, and emergencies and assist management as needed.
• Interview guests and staff, file incident reports, and coordinate with local authorities.
• Assist with guest room checks in suspected unpaid accounts and other duties as needed.
