Job summary

Moody Gardens in Galveston, TX seeks a friendly Cocktail Server to provide beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, explain specials, take orders, and relay them to the bartender through the POS system.

This role requires attention to detail, memorization of drinks, and maintaining station cleanliness. TABC and Food Handlers certifications are required before starting; high school diploma preferred and prior server experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Replenish beverages as requested and check back with guests for satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the service station; perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:The Cocktail Server is responsible for the service of beverages in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction.POSITION AUTHORITY:The incumbent is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities, provided such action is consistent with position guidelines as outlined below.POSITION GUIDELINES:Position guidelines include, but are not limited to, established company and department policies and procedures and all supervisory directives.
