M&R Hotel Management is seeking an entry-level Hotel Maintenance Technician (Line Engineer I) to support day-to-day hotel maintenance, perform basic repairs, and assist with preventative tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and guestroom systems under supervision.
• Respond to routine service calls in a timely and guest-friendly manner.
• Complete light tasks including bulb replacement, minor drywall repair, touch-up painting, and filter changes.
• Assist in troubleshooting maintenance issues and identifying root causes.
