Responsibilities

• Equip assigned workstations with essential products and culinary equipment to ensure efficient production and service.
• Complete all prep work efficiently for soups, sauces, salads, and ingredients.
• Ensure meticulous product storage and precise portion control for each dish.
• Minimize spoilage and waste through effective rotation of products.
• Monitor food, produce, and cooking supply levels to facilitate timely reorders.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and other stewarding duties as assigned.
