Omni Interlocken in Broomfield, CO is seeking a passionate Hotel Restaurant Line Cook for our outlets. You will prepare all menu items on a timely basis, ensuring quality and consistency across stations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary experience in a hotel or fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers certification before start date.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare all food items as directed by supervisor and in accordance with menu specs.
• Maintain knowledge of culinary fundamentals and techniques.
• Work on a hot/cold line and execute items within service timelines.
• Stay organized with prep sheets and station guides for timely prep and service.
• Use culinary equipment properly and safely and ensure proper plate presentations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Attend monthly department meetings and training; perform other duties as assigned.
