Here is what you are doing each day:

• 
  

  Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.

  Ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all dishes.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line, workstations, and kitchen equipment.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

  
  
• 
  

  Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage and handling.

  
  
• 
  

  Support the culinary team in special events, banquets, and in-room dining services.

  
  
• 
  

  Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with plating and garnishing dishes to meet luxury presentation standards.

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in daily kitchen prep, including chopping, measuring, and preparing ingredients.
