Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking a skilled Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You will plan and prepare meals for our restaurant and catering functions, ensuring quality and presentation while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and hospitality experience, ability to work with minimal supervision, and a focus on accurate portion control, inventory support, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals for hotel restaurant and catering events.
• Maintain food costs and portion control without compromising quality.
• Keep kitchen and restaurant clean and organized; ensure safety and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of F&B items.
• Coordinate catering and food prep with Sales to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and monitor kitchen staff as needed.
