Job summary

SMI Hotel Group is seeking a full-time hotel line cook to join our kitchen team. You will prep and direct food production for service, working both AM and PM shifts to meet daily guest demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience cooking at a restaurant or full-service hotel.
• Culinary school 2-4 year degree preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of food using established production procedures.
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours.
• Keep work area neat and clean; maintain equipment.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prep all food for next shift and for the following day.
