Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Lifecycle Coordinator to ensure accurate representation and bookability of Choice-branded hotels across distribution channels during openings, rebrands, suspensions, reinstatements, and terminations. This role upholds data integrity, rate accuracy, and seamless distribution across OTA, GDS, and direct platforms, impacting visibility and revenue.

This is an individual contributor role with four days onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, collaborating with Property

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hotel operations, hospitality support, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with hotel onboarding, distribution setup, rate loading, or connectivity.
• Working knowledge of hospitality reservation or distribution systems.
• Familiarity with GDS, OTA connectivity, or hotel distribution operations.
• Prior hotel openings, rebrands, or lifecycle support experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel content (rates, descriptions, amenities, policies, imagery) is accurate across all booking channels.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies affecting booking accuracy, guest experience, or revenue.
• Coordinate end-to-end system setup for openings, rebrands, and relaunches.
• Execute lifecycle changes with precision to prevent disruptions and confusion.
• Perform system validation checks, including GDS initialization and test bookings.
• Manage data integration from Propel into Choice systems and ensure connectivity.
• Coordinate GDS switches and OTA distribution updates for onboarding and brand transitions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to keep hotels guest-ready and visible.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements for efficiency.
