• Experience leading kitchen staff during prep and service.

• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to Sweetsong’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality across all plates
• Coordinate ticket flow and manage timing to ensure smooth service
• Train and mentor line cooks and prep cooks
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (in compliance with local health regulations)
• Step in as needed on any station to support the team
• Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and kitchen improvements
