Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa seeks a Laundry Supervisor to ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and product quality in the laundry facilities. You will build and supervise teams, coach staff, and monitor production and inventories to meet daily goals.

The role requires leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to work AM/PM/weekends/holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment. This position is part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Qualifications

• One to two years of increasingly responsible laundry experience in a hotel environment is required.
• Prior hotel or laundry experience is desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience desired.
• Ability to lead others by mentoring and training to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Monitors laundry systems and equipment maintenance for optimum performance.
• Ensures laundry is completed as scheduled and linen inventory is stocked.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of laundry facilities.
• Build and supervise laundry teams; train and coach staff.
• Monitor production levels and turnaround times; report daily.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
• Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
