Job summary

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Laundry Attendant to maintain clean linens for guest comfort. You will collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and restock terry and linen according to brand standards, while wearing the designated uniform and following grooming guidelines.

You will complete required training, keep a clean laundry area, and support housekeeping as needed. Town Pump offers strong benefits and growth opportunities in a respectful work environment.

• Willingness to complete training and certifications as required.
• Ability to wear uniform and nametag and adhere to grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• collect, sort, clean, fold, and re-stock terry and linen according to brand standards.
• maintain an organized laundry room and ensure inventory accuracy.
• perform other duties as needed such as housekeeping or assisting in public areas.
• follow safety protocols including OSHA guidelines and bloodborne pathogens awareness.
• complete required training and certifications promptly.

As a Hotel Laundry Attendant, You Will

• perform duties to collect, sort, clean, fold, and re-stock terry and linen, and ensure the best possible experience for each guest, according to Town Pump and brand operational standards.
• complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, wear uniform and nametag always while on shift, and follow Town Pump’s grooming and appearance guidelines.
• ensure all linen inventory is accounted for and in good condition, practice safe working conditions under Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include Bloodborne pathogens. This includes maintaining a clean, organized laundry room within Town Pump operational standards.
• comply with Town Pump expectations for confidentiality of guest and company information, and may be required to perform other duties as needed such as housekeeping, cleaning the lobby, etc.
• may be required to perform other duties such as assisting in inventories, cleaning guest rooms, and public areas, assisting with breakfast service, etc.
