Atrium Hospitality in Greensboro, NC seeks a motivated kitchen steward to maintain cleanliness of equipment, prep areas, walk-ins and storage spaces. No experience needed; we offer training and opportunities for growth. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk‑ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish‑up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
