Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to join our team at Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX. This full-time role focuses on maintaining spotless kitchen spaces, sanitizing equipment, and supporting the kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service. No experience?

We will train the right candidate. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk‑ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish‑up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
