Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and store all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in a resort setting.
• Operate and maintain a commercial dishwashing machine and uphold hygienic standards.
• Ensure sufficient supplies and racks for dishes to support open shifts.
• Respond promptly to spills and hazards following safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitation of all kitchens and food prep areas and equipment.
• Assist the service team to meet guest expectations as needed.
