Job summary

Urban Farmer Philadelphia, operated by Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily production, preparation, and presentation of food for the hotel’s restaurant and room service in a safe, sanitary environment. You will manage operations, monitor costs, and assist the Executive Chef with menu changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, preparation and presentation of all food for restaurant and room service.
• Lead kitchen staff, hire, train, schedule, coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule and maintain sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Monitor labor and food costs and prepare reports to meet budgets.
• Promote safety programs to minimize liabilities and expenses.
