Qualifications

- Lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues with kitchen equipment, including stoves, dishwashers, and refrigeration units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Install and set up new kitchen equipment per manufacturer guidelines and hotel standards.
- Train culinary and kitchen staff on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with culinary operations to support efficient workflows.
