Windsor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for the Renaissance Asheville hotel. You will keep dishes, pots, and kitchen areas clean in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, ensuring sanitation and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to perform repetitive, physical tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality in schedule adherence.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks to uphold sanitation standards.
• Segregate, remove, and properly dispose of trash and garbage in designated containers.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans to maintain hygiene.
• Sort bottles and process disposable items using the bottle crushing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or load them into racks for the dishwashing machine.
• Polish silverware using burnishing-machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
