Qualifications

• Dishwashing and sanitation duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and store pots, pans, and utensils properly.
• Clean sink and pots area after every shift.
• Wash and store all dishes, glassware and silverware properly.
• Maintain floor cleanliness through mopping and sweeping.
• Clean dish machine and sanitize area.
• Empty garbage and clean cans as needed.
• Daily cleaning of food/beverage areas including walls, ceilings, lights, equipment, and receiving area.
• Assist with receiving and storing items from delivery truck; ensure proper storage and rotation.
