Responsibilities

• Deliver clean cookware and tableware to outlets and meeting rooms.
• Clean all cookware and tableware to hotel standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dish area; clean and organize floors and equipment.
• Sort and return silverware to proper areas; ensure glassware is stored correctly.
• Stock clean dishes and pans for service; deep clean dish machines as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
