Qualifications

• Holds a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to support guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine per standards.
• Ability to read and apply product labeling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for cooks, bus persons and servers.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine and ensure cleanliness of equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using hotel-grade products to meet health standards.
• Maintain clean floors and adherence to safety procedures.
