Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando SeaWorld in Orlando is seeking a Cook to prepare meals to brand standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

You will support breakfast and dining service, follow recipes, ensure timely food prep, and assist with stock rotation and sanitation. A positive attitude, reliable clock-in, and flexibility to work day/evening shifts are required; previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests.
• Flexible schedule with days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift; never work while clocked out.
• Must provide sufficient notice as directed when calling out for a scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Food safety certification as applicable to position (e.g., Food Handlers Training).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and related areas per regulations.
• Prepare and organize food and stations before opening to ensure timely service.
• Know location and operation of all safety equipment.
• Assist in storage and rotation of food items per procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
