Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation; ensure timely service.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and report issues to seniors.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth operations.
• Operate and report on kitchen equipment; assist with cleaning and maintenance.
