Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with the Director of HR and hotel leadership.

You will guide employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, engagement, and HR administration. This hands-on role requires visibility across the hotel, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to balance policy compliance with a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and partner with the Director of HR.
• Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of new-hire documentation.
• Support performance management, training, and HR program administration.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies and employment laws.
