Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Complex Human Resources Manager to support the Complex Director and HR Directors in a busy hotel environment. The role includes filling positions, enforcing policies, benefits and workers' compensation tasks, and coordinating HR processes across the property.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, payroll, interviews, and logbooks, along with ensuring compliance with HR and Loss Prevention SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive HR experience in a hotel or related industry.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all employees and guests.
• Long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates and leadership with necessary resources and inquiries.
• Compile data review lists and distribute to departments.
• Enter payroll information and update wage changes.
• Conduct prescreening interviews for candidates.
• Maintain unemployment log and respond to claims.
• Audit hours in payroll for benefit eligibility.
