Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking friendly drivers to shuttle guests among Richmond International Airport and nine nearby hotels. This role offers part-time or full-time shifts with tips in addition to hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include airport pickups, hotel-to-hotel transport, helping with luggage, and staying informed about flight delays. No hotel experience required; safety and guest service are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no CDL needed).
• Able to lift luggage up to 50 lbs and handle Virginia weather.
• Comfortable driving 4–8 hours per shift.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pick up guests at the airport and shuttle them to any of the 9 hotels safely and with a smile.
• Run routes between hotels, the airport, and nearby destinations.
• Assist with luggage as needed and act as a local guide for guests.

We’re hiring drivers to shuttle guests for all 9 Shamin hotels near Richmond International Airport. One team, nine hotels, tons of travelers, and plenty of chances to earn tips.

A DAY IN THE DRIVER’S SEAT

• Pick up guests at the airport and get them to any of our 9 hotels safe and smiling
• Run routes between our hotels, the airport, and nearby destinations
• Lend a hand with luggage (you’ll be shocked what people pack)
• Be the local expert: “Where’s good BBQ around here?”
• Do quick pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Keep your ride clean and guest‑ready
• Log miles and passenger counts
• Stay in the loop with the team on flight delays and schedule changes
