Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings, relay information about upcoming events to staff under supervision.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure food, beverage and service standards meet first-class expectations.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory and product utilization systems.
