What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

The cleanliness of a hotel is a key factor in guest satisfaction. The housekeeping team plays a vital role in daily operations. We are seeking individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a House Attendant. The ideal candidate will create a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and the care taken in preparing and maintaining public spaces and assisting room attendants. This role is central to delivering a welcoming guest stay and supports the overall guest experience.

Your Role

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to guest rooms on request
• Perform duties of room attendant when necessary
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning or spring cleaning
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner following department standard operating procedures
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and dispose of them properly
• Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to reach corners on floors and high places; move and navigate carts up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate cleaning equipment
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
