Aloft Tampa Downtown seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team and maintain safe, clean spaces for guests, associates, and vendors. You will supervise staff, provide training, interview and onboard, and ensure smooth operations across guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

The role requires strong communication and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience in hotel settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise, coach and evaluate staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically able to move and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping staff, provide training and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and address disciplinary matters.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure high guest satisfaction.
