Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back of the house for standards.
• Assign tasks and manage supplies while controlling costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and handle inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures and protect assets.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
