Job summary

Residence Inn Corona, operated by Tharaldson Hospitality Management, seeks a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and motivate a housekeeping team. The role oversees daily cleaning operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to clean guest rooms according to brand standards and productivity expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily housekeeping team.
• Train team members on standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Assign daily work schedules and room assignments.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff.
• Monitor inventory of linens and supplies.
