The role requires overseeing daily operations, audits, staffing, and training to deliver top-tier cleanliness and service. Ideal candidates have hotel housekeeping experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules while maintaining policy

Qualifications

• 2 years hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage housekeeping department and staff.
• Adhere to cleanliness standards for rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support to the General Manager.
• Schedule staffing, supervise audits, and monitor quality daily.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train housekeeping associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and brand standards.
• Oversee supplies, inventory, and par levels.
