Moxy Washington, DC Downtown is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, oversee associates, and uphold our high cleanliness standards. The role focuses on coaching, inspections, and teamwork to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Flexible schedule with weekends/evenings/holidays required. Advancement opportunities include roles like Housekeeping Manager and Operations Manager within a TEAM-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of supervisory experience in a hotel environment requested.
• Previous hotel housekeeping or brand experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and other shifts as needed.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse TEAM.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, floors, public areas, and housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coach Room Attendants on cleanliness discrepancies and document progress.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk regarding late checkouts, Do Not Disturb rooms, and room status.
• Monitor daily key inventory and complete monthly linen inventories.
• Ensure housekeeping staff follow safety procedures and hotel standards.
• Maintain Lost & Found in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with Housemen on cleanliness of corridors and public areas.
• Keep housekeeping closets stocked, clean, and organized.
• Support and coach staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Assist Housekeeping Management with daily operations as needed.
