TownePlace Suites Seguin is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team across rooms, front and back of house, and public areas. You will help maintain high cleanliness standards, supervise daily tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction through timely, friendly service.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude to support a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines and handle pace and pressure.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Request Log daily and address problems proactively.
• VIP management for special guests and requests.
• Oversee housekeeping team; conduct daily stand-up and ensure checklists.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness in absence of Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain organization of storage rooms, mechanical rooms and linen areas.
• Perform pre-cleaning duties: stocking supplies and preparing carts.
• Conduct department meetings; ensure supplies are stocked and inventories are kept.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with Engineering; follow up for completion.
• Balance and clear room status reports; resolve discrepancies in absence of lead.
