Responsibilities

• Smile and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Monitor cleanliness across accommodations, storage areas, laundry, restrooms, and public spaces.
• Report accommodation status to Front Office accurately.
• Enforce procedures for lost and found handling and security of items.
• Communicate discrepancies in status and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve deficiencies and repairs.
• Perform special assignments and projects as requested.
• Participate in the MOD program.
• Maintain security of keys and control costs to stay within budget.
• Document incident reports and complete required tasks as described in policy.
