Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Verify room status on A.M. report and update checkout statuses.
• Ensure staff report to work and document lateness/absences.
• Coordinate breaks and distribute assignment sheets to staff.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and supplies.
• Inspect housekeeping carts for supplies, neatness, and repairs.
• Provide feedback on staff performance to management; document issues.
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties and review status with manager.
